"Next week will be our first time using them. They look great sturdy and stylish. We got two of the 7739 26 and for us the size is perfect. We ordered from directly from Swissgear online and website ease of use was great and they arrived earlier than expected. The web site said with purchase we would receive one Swissgear TSA lock. We did not get a lock. The lock is not a big deal but I wish that if you offer something you would do what you said you would do. I would have purchased the luggage anyway."
